The Lab by REFORM Pilates
Train with intention.
Teach with confidence. The Lab by REFORM Pilates is a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training designed to transform your passion for movement into the confidence and skill to teach it. Rooted in intelligent movement, purposeful instruction, and a deep understanding of the Pilates method, The Lab gives you the foundation you need to begin your career as a Pilates instructor.
Led by Emily Judd, owner & founder of REFORM Pilates, the program combines hands-on education with anatomy, movement principles, Pilates exercise repertoire, cueing, modifications, sequencing, and real-world teaching skills. You won't simply memorize exercises—you'll learn how to understand the body, communicate movement, and create meaningful experiences for the people you teach.
Through immersive training weekends, observation, self-practice, and teaching hours, you'll have the opportunity to take what you learn and put it into practice. Because becoming a great instructor happens through experience: learning the method, feeling it in your own body, observing great teachers, and finding your own voice.
Whether you're looking to build a career in Pilates or simply deepen your knowledge of the method, The Lab by REFORM Pilates is where your teaching journey begins.
You don’t just teach the movement. You become the teacher who inspires others to move.
